Here are a few ideas for automation to get you started with Zapier and AcademyOcean.

Send new learners to CRM

You can use Zapier to send all new learners who join your Academy to your CRM and score them according to their educational performance. More product educated customers are far more likely to become loyal users and purchase your other products or switch to a more expensive plans.

Track learners with unfinished courses

You can track if any of your learners have not finished a course and remind them to come back and complete it or ask why they abandoned the course.

Set up a Slack reminder for yourself to contact the learner who is behind on his courses.

Track and reactivate inactive learners

With this Zap you can track all the learners who haven’t been active for a week in your Academy and send emails to your customer success team with a task to contact these learners. They can find out why these customers dropped out and try to bring them back, gathering valuable feedback in the process.
