AcademyOcean Triggers

Now you will be able to select AcademyOcean in the dropdown menu when you are creating a new Zap.

Here is a list of Zapier triggers currently available for AcademyOcean:

1. Get New Certificate Issue. Triggers when a new certificate is issued to a learner.
2. Get Learners With Unfinished Course. Triggers if a learner has started a course, but did not finish it and hasn’t returned to your Academy for 2 days.
3. Get Learners With an Unfinished Academy. Triggers if a learner has finished a course, but leaves the Academy for 24 hours or more, while still having unstarted courses.
4. Get Last Course Finishes. Triggers when a learner finishes a course.
5. List of Learners. Trigger when new learner joins the Academy.
6. Get Last Learners Log Ins. Triggers on a new learner log in.
7. Get Inactive Learners After 7 Days With an Unfinished Academy. Triggers when a learner that has at least one unstarted course leaves the academy for 7 days.
